Full refund (minus any transaction fees) will be provided to customers cancelling at least 14 days prior to the start of class. Within 14 days of the start of class, a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund. If a course is full, and the seat can be filled, the $75 cancellation fee will also be refunded. Any student not meeting the minimum qualifications will be treated as a cancellation. If Sterling Fire Training cancels the course, full refunds will be provided to all students.
